Entrepreneurs, investors and successful professionals in one room.
Warrior Week Business Division Stop Playing Alone
Four groups. One brotherhood. A private equity deal presented live in the room, the board you do not have yet, and the 2027 roadmap to carry it.
The door opens in
The collective weight of the men standing in this room.
Operating as a unit instead of playing the game of business alone.
By application only. No walk-ins and no open referrals.
One Lane Versus A Board
Most rooms give you one lane. This one gives you The Called, The Field, the Syndicate Council, and the WW Business Division, all in one room and on your side.
The Called
Men from The Man Project answering the call, many for the first time. They come to meet the men, feel the standard, and see how capital moves when the room is aligned.
The Field
The Warrior Week brotherhood, called to come and stand in the room. Lived experience, shared history, and the standard in action.
Syndicate Council
Veteran leaders, coaches, speakers, operators and OGs. These men bring experience, correction, perspective and high-level relationships into the room.
WW Business Division
The capital arm of the brotherhood. Off-market deals, the dealmakers behind them, and men who move capital like an institution rather than a single check writer.
The BrotherhoodIs The Asset
The actual asset is years of proximity, accountability, and men who know your character well enough to tell you the truth when no one else will.
You will be alongside a small group of successful peers who are growing personally, growing their knowledge as off-market investors, and working to grow and protect their wealth together.
A Live Deal And The Board In The Room
Every block has a purpose: an in-depth look at how private equity and venture capital deals really get built, direct access to the dealmakers behind them, and the decisions that protect the wealth behind the business.
Day 1: The Deal And The Room

Arrival + Opening Session
Meet the men, establish the standard, and set the intention for two days of honest conversation, real deals, and decisions that matter.

-
How Deals Really Get Built
An in-depth look at how private equity and venture capital deals are sourced, structured, negotiated and closed, with the dealmakers who build them in the room.
-
Lunch + Brotherhood Connection
Build relationships with fellow entrepreneurs, Warrior Week graduates, Syndicate Council members and Business Division investors through shared experience, business conversation and collaboration.

-
Accountability Across Life And Business
Business, family, spirituality and health on the table, with one standard held together as a unit so you do not carry it alone and you do not get to hide either.
-
Day 1 Close: The Truth + The Commitment

Day 2: Build The 2027 Roadmap
Thursday, December 3-
Opening + Position Audit
Start with the business and the portfolio as they actually exist. Revenue, profitability, cash, positions, exposure, and the constraint that is really holding the plan back.
-
Expert Sessions: Capital + Wealth
Practical insight from leaders who have raised capital, negotiated deals, protected wealth and carried real responsibility, including trust, tax, structuring and off-market investing.
-
Lunch + Connection
Continue the conversations that matter with men who can challenge your assumptions, expand your thinking, and open the door to better deals and better relationships.
-
Coaching + Hot Seats
Stand up, show the real position, and receive direct correction. Bring the deal, the numbers, the team issue, or the decision you have been avoiding in front of the room.
-
2027 Roadmap
Turn two days of insight into priorities, commitments and a clear operating direction for 2027, across business, family, spirituality and health.
-
The Commitment
Leave with a documented roadmap, an accountability group, and no confusion about what comes next. Name the standard and walk out knowing exactly what must be true when you return.
Not More Notes Better Positions
Two days built around off-market deals, a board of proven operators, and relationships that stay useful long after the room clears.

Men Who Know Your Character
No lies, no secrets, no masks. Character before checkbook, with men who know who you are, not just what you are worth.
Deals Before The Public Gets A Shot
Visibility into multiple positions in the private market, deals never available to the public and never available to a single check writer moving alone.
